WooCodForm vs Releasit
Releasit is the app most cash-on-delivery sellers name first, and it earns that reputation. It also runs only on Shopify. If your store is on WooCommerce, this is the honest comparison of what you gain and what you give up.
The short answer
If you sell on Shopify, use Releasit. If you sell on WooCommerce, Releasit is not available to you at all — and WooCodForm covers the same ground, from the one-step COD form through quantity offers, order bumps, post-purchase upsells, delivery rates by city and fraud prevention, for a yearly fee instead of a monthly one, with Arabic written in rather than added on.

Platform decides it
This is the whole decision and everything else follows from it. Releasit is a Shopify app and cannot be installed on WordPress. WooCodForm is a WordPress plugin and cannot be installed on Shopify. Whichever platform your store already runs on has effectively made the choice for you.
What each one costs
Releasit charges monthly, and the fee continues for as long as you keep the app. WooCodForm charges once a year for the premium add-on, and the plugin that actually takes the orders is free forever on WordPress.org. Across three years on a single store the difference is substantial. Neither takes a commission on what you sell.
Arabic and right-to-left
Both support Arabic; the difference is how deep it goes. WooCodForm ships Arabic, French and English inside the plugin rather than as translation files, flips the entire layout to right-to-left including the phone, email and number fields that browsers force left-to-right by default, and lets you rewrite every string per language from the admin — down to the heading of each block of the form.
Raising the order value
Both do quantity offers, order bumps and post-purchase upsells. WooCodForm adds a colour and size picker for each individual piece in a bundle, taken from the product's own WooCommerce variations, so a two-for-one deal can be one brown and one sky blue. Each piece lands on the order as a real line item, priced proportionally, with identical picks merged into a single line for whoever packs it.
Delivery in cash-on-delivery markets
WooCodForm ships ready-made city lists for Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, each city carrying both its Latin and its Arabic name, so the shopper reads one and your export always stores the other. Rates can be flat, named options the shopper chooses between, a table by city or region, or WooCommerce's own shipping zones.
